At the Life Exchange Center, we believe in the value of each person’s voice and experience. Through education and volunteer opportunities, members discover the power of their own voices and learn new ways to advocate for themselves.
4 WAYS TO HELP
Our Journaling class helps members to build up their own voices.

Our Own Voice class gives members the opportunity to document their stories through video, audio and public speaking.

Many members find strength through volunteering opportunities, such as working at the front desk, in the cafeteria, or in a variety of ways. Everyone has a talent and a gift that they can share.

Letter writing empowers members to create change that can be seen in their neighborhood. It allows people to come together and fight for issues they believe in.
